Policies

• We do encourage independent inspections by a trained technician. Independent inspections must be conducted on the premises due to Insurance restrictions.
• We do accept cash, checks, cashiers checks, money orders, credit cards, paypal, cashapp, and apple pay.
• We do work with third party financial institutions for financing vehicle purchases.
• We do NOT provide in-house financing for vehicle purchases.
• We do require a NON-REFUNDABLE 10% down payment for 24 hour HOLDS on the purchase of each vehicle.
• We do properly dispose of consumer reports and records to protect against ‘unauthorized access to or use of the information.
• We do require FULL payment prior to the release of the vehicle. NO partial payments accepted.
• We do NOT accept vehicle trade-ins.
• All vehicles are sold AS-IS with a limited 90-day third party warranty!!
• We do NOT perform repairs and fixes after final sale. The use of the 90-day third party warranty is required.
• All sales are FINAL!! NO returns or vehicle exchanges.
• Must be over 18 Years old to purchase a vehicle.
